To produce content, we handle the brand assets you provide - such as colors, fonts, logo files and tone guidelines - along with the briefs you write and the content generated from them.

We also handle basic account information needed to give you access and to communicate with you, such as your name, work email and the brand or organization you represent.

Your brand assets and briefs are used to generate content and to apply your brand consistently across every format you produce.

Account information is used to provide access, send you account-related messages such as login details, respond to your enquiries, and keep the service running reliably.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your private brand assets to serve unrelated purposes.

The brand assets you upload remain yours. We store them so the service can apply your brand automatically to new work without you re-supplying them each time.

The content you generate is retained so you can review, refine and reuse it. On shared plans, this content is accessible to the members of your workspace; where multiple client brands are managed, each brand is kept separate from the others.

Brand assets and generated content are retained while your account is active so the service continues to work as expected.

When you delete specific content, or when an account is closed, the associated data is scheduled for removal from active systems within a reasonable period.

Data is encrypted in transit using current transport protocols and encrypted at rest where it is stored. Access to your data is scoped to your account and workspace.

No system can promise perfect security, but we design our handling around least access and sensible retention rather than collecting more than the service needs.

We rely on a limited set of infrastructure and processing providers to operate the service - for example, hosting and email delivery. These providers handle data only to perform services for us and under obligations of confidentiality.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and stored assets. You can also ask us to clarify how a particular piece of data is handled.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to understand, in aggregate, how the service is used so we can improve it. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will make the updated version available here and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly.
